摘要
约束激励机制对西部民族地区企业发展循环经济意义重大,它可以将企业所有雇员在发展循环经济方面的创造性、主动性以及积极性充分地激发出来,驱使着企业更好地发展循环经济。目前,西部民族地区企业循环经济发展约束激励机制存在法制体系不完善、相关自然资源的产权体系不清晰、发展循环经济方面的状况以及法制体系处在非均衡状态及企业在加快循环经济方面的创造性、积极性以及主动性不足三大问题,认为构建约束激励机制以及企业内部约束激励制度可以促使三大问题的解决。
Constraint incentives for business development in Western Minority Areas circular economy is significant,it can be a creative enterprise employees in all aspects of the development of circular economy,initiative and enthusiasm fully inspired,driven by enterprises to better development of circular economy. Currently,the western minority areas constrained business cycle of economic development incentives exist imperfect legal system,property rights related to natural resources,the system is not clear,the development cycle status and economic aspects of the legal system in a non-equilibrium state and enterprises to accelerate the economic aspects of the creative cycle,enthusiasm and a lack of initiative three major issues that build incentives and constraints within the enterprise incentive system constraints can promote solve three major problems.
