摘要
文化产业是人才主导型的产业,强有力的人才智力支撑与引领是文化产业变大变强的根本保障。本文运用人才紧缺度分析工具,在对河北省文化产业人才需求状况进行现状评估和原因分析的基础上,提出了文化产业人才培养的若干路径。
The cultural industry is an industry which is oriented by the talents,strong support and leadership of talents and intellectuals is the fundamental guarantee to make cultural industry grow big and strong. This paper applies the analysis tool of the degree of scarcity of talents,put forward several paths in cultivation of cultural industry talents based on the situation assessment and the reason analysis in Hebei's cultural industry talents' demand situation.
