本地市场效应下中国产业结构升级策略

摘要 改革开放以来,中国巨大的人口规模与高速的经济增长推动了本地市场规模迅速扩张,成为继劳动力、资金与技术之后的重要比较优势,对产业发展产生了重要影响。中国产业结构经过三十多年的快速发展,有了很大提升,但依然存在三次产业结构不合理、内部发展不均衡、东中西部区域产业结构水平差异显著以及外向型经济处于全球价值链低端等问题。因此,应充分发挥本地市场效应,利用产品市场需求与企业技术能力的相互依赖和互惠共生,加快推进产业结构升级。 Since the reform and opening- up,China's huge population and rapid economic growth have promoted the rapid expansion of the home market scale,which has become the important comparative advantages after the labor,capital and technology and influenced the industrial development vitally important. The industrial structure in our country had the very big promotion after more than 30 years of rapid development,but there are still many problems such as three industrial structure unreasonable,the internal development imbalance,significant difference in eastern Midwest regional industrial structure level and the low end of the export- oriented economy in the global value chain,etc. So to give full play the Home Market Effects,using the interdependence and mutual symbiotic of the product market demand and enterprise technical ability promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
