摘要
通过描述"7·21"洪水,简要分析了引起洪水灾害的因素,针对大清河系特点提出防治对策,以期达到有效地防御和最大限度地减轻洪水灾害损失的目的。
Analysis the flood disasters caused by several factors through to the “7·21” flood and supply several preventive measures aiming at the characteristics of Daqinghe River, in order to achieve the effective defense and to minimize the loss of flood disasters.
