摘要
安全质量对每一个企业都是很重要的问题,阐述了安全质量管理要有系统的观念,论述了铁路施工企业控制危险源应考虑的因素,分析当前铁路施工企业存在的4个安全质量问题,并总结了7个对策,重点总结了安监队伍应该做好的6项工作。
Safety and quality is a very important problem for every enterprise.This paper indicate that the safety and quality management need systemically concept,point the factors of risk sources for railway construction enterprises,analyzes the four safety and quality problems and 7 countermeasures as well as 6 works for the safety supervision teams.
