摘要
玻塑复合土工格栅强度高,冲击韧性好,耐环境应力、抗蠕变性能强,且在正常使用状态下能够保持长期稳定的性能。通过对玻塑复合土工格栅的原料、工艺流程、性能指标的介绍,并通过现场拉伸试验,对不同温度下格栅的纵向、横向断裂强度以及断裂伸长率进行了分析研究,得到如下研究结论:(1)格栅条带采用纤维材料,能够抵抗侵蚀和气候变化,保证其性能的稳定性;(2)格栅的断裂强度与温度呈正相关,断裂伸长率与温度呈负相关,并经过一定时间后趋于稳定;(3)结构采用特殊工艺,提高了格栅的抗剥离撕裂强度和对土体的嵌锁咬合能力,玻塑复合土工格栅的开发在我国正处于起步阶段,作为加筋、加固材料必将在土木工程领域有着广阔应用前景。
