摘要
本文通过原位聚合的方法制备了一系列聚苯胺包覆碳纳米管(a-MWNTs@PANI)材料,研究了不同aMWNTs/PANI质量比例材料的形貌。并以a-MWNTs/PANI质量比为10/90(a-MWNTs@PANI-10)的材料作为填充材料,磺化聚芳醚酮(SPAEK)作为基体材料,通过溶液共混的方法制备复合材料。研究表明,a-MWNTs@PANI/SPAEK复合材料具有良好的介电性能,PANI包覆层的引入,不仅提高了复合材料的介电常数,而且提高了a-MWNTs的分散性,限制了导电网络的形成,有效降低了复合材料的介电损耗,a-MWNTs@PANI/SPAEK-30wt%复合材料的介电常数为686,介电损耗小于2。
The a-MWNTs@PANI core-shell nanoparticles were prepared by In situ polymerization,and the mass ratio of different a-MWNTs/PANI morphology of the material was compared.Using the a-MWNTs@PANI-10as a filling material,sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone)(SPAEK)as matrix material,a-MWNTs@PANI/SPAEK composites were prepared by solution blending.The composites had good dielectric properties,a-MWNTs@PANI/ SPAEK-30wt% dielectric constant is 686.The introduction of PANI coating has improved a-MWNTs dispersion, limited the formation of conductive network,and reduced the dielectric loss of the composites.
