摘要
采用PES粉末作为增韧剂,并预先附载与碳纤维增强织物表面,经过随后的树脂注射、固化过程,获得相邻层间的增韧层。为了保证复合材料兼具出色的力学性能以及良好的成型加工性能,针对增韧颗粒的分布纹理进行了优化。冲击后压缩试验结果表明,采用这种预先附载增韧颗粒的增强织物制备RTM复合材料,可显著改善其冲击损伤阻抗。
PES particles were preloaded on surface of reinforcing CF fabric,forming high toughness layers between adjacent laminae after resin injection and curing.The distribution pattern of PES particles were also optimized to achieve balance between mechanical performances and processibility.CAI tests show that RTM composite materials prepared using such toughener preloaded fabric exhibit remarkable impact damage resistance.
