车辆的涂装工序是汽车生产流程中最重要的工序之一,它需经过电泳、密封胶、中涂、上涂等四大关键核心工艺。在车体油漆喷涂生产线中实现现场总线控制,能提高汽车涂装工艺自动化生产的能力。现场总线是完成现场及设备间数字化通信的一种工业网络通信技术,在工业生产中应用越来越广泛。采用ProfiBus-DP现场总线控制系统,具有将数据精确传输,减少误差,安全可靠,灵活性强等优点。
The coating process is one of the most important processes of vehicle auto production process. It requires four key technologies like electrophoresis,sealant,floating coat and setting coat. Realization of field-bus control in body paint spraying production line can improve the ability of automatic production in automobile coating process. Field-bus is a kind of industrial network communication technology of digital communication between work field and equipments. It is widely used in the industrial production. The ProfiBus-DP field-bus control system has many advantages,such as the accuracy in data transmission,low error,safe and reliable,strong flexibility and so on.
