固溶时效对ZA32-0.32B合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of solid solution and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of ZA32-0. 32B alloy

摘要 在高铝锌合金ZA32中添加0.32%的B元素,并对其进行365℃×3 h的固溶处理,研究90℃固溶时效对ZA32-0.32B强度、硬度及显微组织的影响。结果表明,固溶态ZA32-0.32B经过90℃×6 h时效后组织主要由α相和η相层片状组织构成,晶界处有大量粒状ε相和少量AlB2陶瓷相析出。添加B元素后形成的陶瓷相AlB2显著提高ZA32的强度及硬度。固溶态的ZA32-0.32B抗拉强度和硬度较低,伸长率较高。时效使合金抗拉强度和硬度先提高后下降;使伸长率先降低后提高。时效1.5 h时ZA32-0.32B合金的抗拉强度为435 MPa,时效6 h时伸长率为7.5%。 The ZA32 alloy with 0. 32% B addition was solid solution treated at 365 ℃ for 3 h and subsequently aged at 90 ℃ for different time. The effect of aging at 90 ℃ on the tensile strength,hardness and microstructure of the alloy were investigated. The results indicate that microstructure of the solid solution ZA32-0. 32B alloy is mainly composed of lamellar α phases,η phases,lots of granular ε phases,and a small amount of the ceramic phases AlB2 after aging at 90 ℃ for 6 h. The ceramic phases AlB 2 form after B addition,which is responsible for the increase of tensile strength and hardness. The tensile strength and hardness of the supersaturated ZA32-0. 32B alloy are low,while the elongation is high after solid solution treatment. However,after aging the solid solution alloy,tensile strength and hardness of the alloy increase greatly at first and then decrease gradually,whereas elongation of the alloy decreases firstly and then increases as the aging time increases. The tensile strength of the supersaturated ZA32-0. 32B alloy is 435 MPa after aging at 90 ℃ for 1. 5 h,elongation of the alloy is 7. 5% after aging for 6 h.
