摘要
通过对某电厂5号机组在役再热蒸汽热段管道堵阀阀体磁粉探伤的检查以及对阀体表面裂纹的形成进行分析,认为磁粉探伤检查对再热蒸汽热段管道堵阀阀体的表面裂纹的发现有着较高的灵敏度,而对表面裂纹进一步的分析,有助于提高对阀体裂纹形成以及其危害性的认识。
Through check power plant no.5 unit valve body magnetic particle inspection of steam pipe plugging valve in service,the paper analyzes the formation of body surface crack,thinking magnetic particle inspection check to discover reheat steam pipe plug valve body of the surface crack which have high sensitivity,and the further analysis of surface crack,help to improve the formation and understand the harmfulness of the valve body crack.
