摘要
目的 应用Amplatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损 (ASD)并对其疗效进行评价。方法 17例房间隔缺损病人 ,年龄 5～ 5 4岁。在透视及食管超声心动图 (TEE)监视下经导管置入Amplatzer封堵器封堵治疗房间隔缺损。术后即时行食管超声心动图 ,术后 2 4h、1、3个月分别行经胸超声心动图评价治疗效果。结果 全组 17例疗效均佳 ,未见残余分流。结论 Ampatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损 。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) using amplatzer occluder device. Methods 17 cases of ASD patient, aged ranging from 5 to 54 years, were occluded using amplatzer occluder device under guidance of flluoroscopy and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) through percutaneous approach. Transesophageal echocardiograms were performed immediately and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) was done in 24h, 1 month and 3 months after procedure to evaluate the effect. Results The treatment effect of all patients was very well. No residual shunt was found in these patients after the procedures. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of secundum ASD using amplatzer occluder device should be safe and effective with non-surgical method.
