摘要
本文利用历年上海市工商局登记的企业注册信息,从生存时间和生存曲线、行业、区县、规模和所有制因素等多个方面对歇业企业的基本特征进行刻画,挖掘出歇业企业的共性和特点。同时,将本市的情况和全国进行比较,寻找本市企业的地区竞争优势。最后,根据分析和比较的结果,结合本地区的发展特色,给出企业发展的若干意见和建议。
This article uses registered information of enterprises in Shanghai Bureau of Industry & Commerce,analyses the basic traits of those bankrupted ones in terms of survival period,survival curve,industry,district,scale and ownership,and presents the underlying causes of these samples.Meanwhile by comparing the figures with their national counterparts,we sum up competitive advantages of local enterprises.In the end we propose suggestions for healthy development of enterprises.
