摘要
大规模实施保障性住房,是保障和改善民生、促进社会和谐稳定的必然要求。"十二五"期间全国计划新建保障性住房3600万套,而资金不足严重阻碍了保障房建设。本文分析了PPP融资模式在保障房建设中的可行性,为解决保障房融资困境提供帮助。
Large-scale implementation of indemnificatory apartments is the inevitable requirement of the guarantee and improving the livelihood of the people , promoting social harmony and stability .During the Twelfth Five-year Planning , China government plans to construct indemnificatory apartments 36000000 sets,but lack of funds is a huge obstacle in restricting security housing construction .This paper analyzes the feasibility of the PPP financing mode in indemnificatory apartments construction .This study will be helpful to solve financing difficulties for indemnificatory apartments .
