摘要
采用EFS瞬时燃油喷射测量仪和喷雾可视化系统研究了生物柴油在高压共轨系统下的喷油规律和喷雾特性。结果表明:生物柴油与柴油具有十分相似的喷油延迟、喷油速率曲线和体积循环喷油量。与柴油相比,生物柴油的黏度和表面张力大,其喷雾贯穿距离较长,喷雾锥角较小,喷雾较差。
Injection rate and spray characteristics of biodiesel in HP common rail system were investigated using EFS mono injection quantifier and spray visualization system.It is found that injection delay,injection rate and volumetric cyclic injection quantity of biodiesel are the same as that of pure diesel,however,the biodiesel spray possesses longer penetration distance,smaller cone angle and worse atomization than pure diesel owing to its higher viscosity and surface tension.
