摘要
介绍了电炉炼钢时在无缓冲条件下,克服生产用气变化巨大影响,稳定氧气输送压力。采用分程控制的控制方案,利用一大一小两台薄膜调节阀,对主管路氧气压力调节,根据流量设定值的大小,分段设定工作点,自动进行两台阀门的切换,通过大阀小阀相互配合进行调节,可以保证大小流量下管线气体压力稳定输出。
The paper introduces EAF melting under the condition of no buffer tank,Stabilized the oxygen pressure,eliminated effects of production of gas was changed.through the control of grading,oxygen pressure was regulated by control system of design.According to the flow setpoint value,set the poly point,the two regulating valve were adjusted.
