摘要
创新型城市建设是我国转变经济发展方式、实现可持续发展的一个重要途径。对我国创新型城市的建设情况进行评价,并科学准确地把握我国创新型城市建设水平具有重要意义。本文在分析了国内外学者关于创新型城市的构成要素和评价指标的基础上,构建了适合我国国情的创新型城市评价指标体系,然后运用因子分析法对苏州、南京、杭州等14个城市的创新绩效进行实证分析,进而运用聚类分析的方法对上述14个城市的评价得分进行聚类分析。结果表明:上述14个样本城市大体可以分为三个层次,第一层是包括天津和广州,这两个城市创新型城市建设情况相对较好;第二层次包括苏州、南京、杭州、无锡、西安和武汉,这几个城市的建设水平要低于第一层次;第三层次包括长沙、宁波、青岛、成都、沈阳和大连,这几个城市的创新型城市建设水平最低。
Innovative city construction is an important way to change the mode of economic development and realize sustainable development. It's meaningful to evaluate the construction of the innovative city and grasp the innovative city construction level scientifically in China. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars about the innovative city elements and evaluation indexes,this paper constructs suitable innovative city evaluation index system,and then uses the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate innovation ability by quantitative assessment approach of 14 cities of Suzhou,Nanjing etc. The result shows that the 14 sample cities can be divided into three levels. The first level include Tianjin and Guangzhou,the two cities' performance is relatively good; The second level contains Suzhou,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Wuxi,Xi'an and Wuhan,the construction of the city level is lower than the first level; The last level consists of Changsha,Ningbo,Qingdao,Chengdu,Shenyang and Dalian,and the performance of the innovative city construction is the worst.
