摘要
目的探讨老年护理病房开展优质护理服务的方法和效果。方法比较分析开展优质护理前后护理质量,患者及家属的满意度情况。结果患者及家属对护理工作的满意度有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理质量及护士、护理员的综合素质有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务示范工程活动能有效提高老年护理病房的护理质量,调动护士及护理员的积极性,提高患者及家属的满意度,是患者获得最佳护理的一种途径。
Objective To explore the method and the effect of the high-quality nursing service on aged care.Methods The nursing quality and the survey results were compared in terms of the quality of nursing service and the patient and their family's satisfaction before and after the high-quality nursing service.Results The satisfaction level of patients and family's had increased significantly(P<0.05).And the nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nursing staff had raised too(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing service demonstration project can improve the quality of the ward aged care effectively,mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses and orderlies,increase the satisfaction level of patients.Also,it is a way to get the best care for the patients.
