摘要
近年来,如何提高企业战略柔性已成为企业管理及研究的热点问题,而高管团队(TMT)作为企业战略领导的核心对企业战略柔性起关键性作用.从TMT社会资本的视角出发,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,运用多元回归和神经网络模型探析其对企业战略柔性的影响,实证结果显示:TMT社会资本的5个维度对战略柔性均具有显著影响,但各维度对战略柔性的影响程度不同.研究揭示出TMT社会资本是提升组织动态能力的重要驱动源,为企业获取战略柔性提供了有益启示.
In recent years, how to improve the enterprise strategic flexibility has become a hot issue in enterprise management. As the core of strategic leadership, the top management team(TMT) plays an important role in influencing the enterprise strategic flexibility. From the perspective of TMT social capital, this paper explores its impact on the enterprise strategic flexibility by analyzing the data in the survey as well as using the multiple regression analysis and BP neural network. The empirical results show that all of the five dimensions of TMT social capital have significant positive impact on both of the dimensions of enterprise strategic flexibility, whereas the weights are different. The research emphasizes the TMT social capital is a key driver of improving organizational dynamic capability, providing practical reference for enterprises to obtain strategic flexibility.
