摘要
我国社会资本已经成为矿产资源勘查领域的重要力量,且呈稳步提高之势。各地区积极探索鼓励社会资本投入矿产勘查领域政策措施,但是当前仍然存在冷热不均、隐形门槛、政策不落实的现象,建议保障社会资本已经成为矿产资源勘查领域的平等地位,营造公平环境,加强引导与服务,不断促进社会资本顺畅地进入勘查领域。
China's social capital has become an important force in mineral exploration ,and steadily improving trend .Some provinces encourage social capital invest in mineral exploration areas ,but currently there are still some problems ,such as enthusiasm ,invisible barriers ,policies unimplemented ,the author proposed that safeguard social capital equal status ,create a fair environment ,strengthen the guidance and services ,and constantly promote social capital smoothly into the exploration fields .
