摘要
本文基于项目不确定性和权变的视角,构建项目不确定性、项目参与者关系和项目绩效间的理论模型与假设,并用175个工程项目数据进行假设检验。研究结果显示项目不确定性对项目过程绩效、质量绩效和利益相关者绩效有显著的负向影响,对项目创新学习有显著的正向影响,对参与者关系一项目绩效关系存在部分调节效应,这对于项目管理者管理不确定性和权变地管理项目关系与绩效具有启发意义。
Based on the project uncertainty and contingency,a model and some hypothesis about the relationship among the project uncertainty,participants' relationship and project performance are proposed.175 sample data about Chongqing' s construction engineering project are used to test the hypothesis.The results show that the project uncertainty has negative effect on the process,quality and stakeholders performance,and has positive effect on the innovation and learning performance.Project uncertainty plays a moderating role in the relationship between participants' relationship and project performance.These conclusions are helpful to guide project manager to manage project uncertainty,participants' relationship and project performance.
