摘要 为规范应用国际原子量表,确保相对分子质量的溯源性,分析比较JJF 1059、CNAS指南等对于相对分子质量计算要求和示例以及药典对原子量表的应用,同时对比IUPAC年度技术报告中相对原子质量数值的含义,指出其差异。各标准、技术规范对相对原子质量量值的理解存在显著差异,尤其在不确定度的应用方面,JJF 1059认为属于标准不确定度;CNAS指南解释为扩展不确定度;而中国药典和中国兽药典注释为准确度。IUPAC推荐的相对原子质量由其量值和扩展不确定度表示,其分布为矩形分布。建议相关标准、规范、技术文件保持与国际原子量表一致性,规范评定相对分子质量的不确定度。 To guarantee the traceability of molecule mass by applying values given in the table of atomic weights. The computing requirements and samples in JJF 1059 and CNAS-GL and notes in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia et al. were compared,and the last significant figure of relative atomic mass reviewed by IUPAC technical reporter was also compared. It was found that the application of atomic weights is very different in each standard and technical specification, especially the application of uncertainty. It was regarded as a combined standard uncertainty in JJF 1059,but it was regarded as an expand uncertainty in CNAS-GL,and as an accuracy in Ch.P. and CVP. For the atomic weights recommended by IUPAC include the atomic weights and their corresponding expand uncertainties with rectangular distribution, the authors suggested the standards and specification should be in accordance with IUPAC for regularly evaluating the uncertainty of atomic weights.
