摘要
目的探讨老年性类风湿性关节炎临床特点。方法回顾性分析68例老年性类风湿性关节炎临床特点,并与80例中青年类风湿性关节炎组进行临床比较。结果老年与中青年组类风湿性关节炎在起病方式、临床表现、关节受累、伴随疾病及RF滴度等方面均有明显差异。结论老年性类风湿性关节炎在临床特点及治疗等方面有一定特点。
Objective To explore the clincal characteristics of elderly-onset Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) .Methods 68 cases of elderly-onset groups of RA in patients with clinical characteristics were restrospectively analyzed .And compared with 80 cases of young and middle-age groups of RA .Result Compared two groups with aspects of mode of onset ,Clinical manifestations ,jiont involvement ,concomitant diseases ,rheumatoid factor titer ,there were signifcant difference .Conclusion The elderly-onset RA have their own feature in clinical characteristics and treatment .
