环境电磁辐射对大学生外周血细胞的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Environmental Electromagnetic Radiation on the Peripheral Blood Cell of College Students

摘要 目的探讨环境电磁辐射对大学生外周血细胞的影响。方法以重庆某两高校1 103例大学生为研究对象,组织问卷调查了解血液系统相关疾病自主症状,并采用全自动血液分析仪对其末梢血样本进行检测。结果较高背景环境电磁辐射组四肢无力发生率高于低背景环境电磁辐射组(P小于0.05)。红细胞计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白含量和中性粒细胞计数均高于低背景环境电磁辐射组(P小于0.05),红细胞平均血红蛋白含量及浓度、血小板计数、血小板压积、血小板平均体积和淋巴细胞计数均低于低背景环境电磁辐射组(P小于0.05);其中较高背景环境电磁辐射组居住年限(1—4年内)与红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量呈正相关,与淋巴细胞计数呈负相关(P小于0.05)。结论现有环境电磁辐射对大学生血相有一定影响,红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量增高,淋巴细胞计数减少,中性粒细胞相对增多,值得关注。 Objectives To explore the influence of environmental electromagnetic radiation( EMR) on the peripheral blood cell of college students. Methods Based on the results of monitoring EMR level in campus,537 students in a relative high EMR level campus and 566 students in a relative low EMR level campus were randomly selected and investigated. Questionnaires were used to understand the general symptoms of blood diseases. Peripheral blood samples were analyzed by an automatic blood analyzer. Results Compared with the relative low EMR group,the rate of myasthenia of limbs in the relative high EMR group was significantly higher( P less than 0. 05). In contrast with the relative low EMR group,the values of red blood cell count,hematocrit,hemoglobin and the ratio of neutrophils of the relative high EMR group were statistically higher( P less than 0. 05),whereas the values of lymphocyte count,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, platelets count,thrombocytocrit and platelet mean volume were significantly lower( P less than 0. 05); the year of residence( in 1—4 years) was positively correlated with red blood cell counts,and hemoglobin was negatively correlated with lymphocyte counts( P less than 0. 05). Conclusions There were some effects of existing environmental electromagnetic field on the hemogram of college students; indicating an increased red blood cell counts and hemoglobin levels,a decreased lymphocyte counts,and a higher ratio of neutrophils. More attention should be paid to the potential effects of EMR on human health.
