摘要
膜生物反应器(MBR)正越来越多地被应用于城市污水以及工业废水的处理中,其运行模型化工作主要集中在描述反应器内生化反应过程以及实现低成本运营的设计等方面。ASM(活性污泥数学模型)系列模型最初主要应用于常规活性污泥法工艺的仿真,但也逐渐应用于膜生物反应器的仿真当中。相较于常规活性污泥工艺,MBR独有的一些特点使应用ASM模型模拟MBR时需要对原有的模型做出修改。有鉴于此,文章旨在整合已经报道的关于ASM系列模型在MBR仿真中的应用,并将重点放在进水组分的划分,动力学参数的确定,可溶性微生物产物(SMP)以及胞外聚合物(EPS)的模拟上。并提供了一些仿真效果较好的案例以及未来膜生物反应器仿真中需要解决的问题的建议。
In recent years,membrane bioreactors(MBR) are more and more employed in both industrial and municipal wastewater treatment while the simulation work is mainly focused on the description of the biological and chemical processes involved in the reactor and the optimization and cost-reduction in its design and operation.The activated sludge models(ASM) were firstly proposed in the simulation of the conventional activated sludge processes,but could also be applied in the modeling of the MBR.Comparing to the conventional activated sludge processes,the special characteristics of MBR sometimes made the modification of the original ASM indispensable to achieve desirable modeling goals.The discussion of the influent characterization,determination of the kinetic parameters as well as the simulation of the soluble microbial production and extracellular polymeric substances,all of which are the mainly factors affecting the simulation of MBR,will be presented in this paper with some excellent modeling cases and suggestions for the future work of the simulation.
