摘要
以深水沉船溢油事故的处置为背景,着重介绍现有的处置作业技术和流程,并分析水下溢油事故处置作业的关键技术及难点,提出了一种水下机器人和潜水员联合处理沉船存油的方法。
In the background of disposal of deepwater oil spill ship accident,the paper introduces the technological process of the exiting disposal operation,analyses the key technology and difficulty of underwater oil spill disposal operation,and proposes the method of dealing with shipwrech oil spill by combination of ROV and diver.
