根据商用车KD包装、输送的工艺要求,设计商用车KD包装输送线,实现KD包装输送线的主要功能,包括商用车KD包装输送线的基本构成原理,计算工艺节拍,设备工艺要求,错、漏包装质量检验以及包装输送线的控制系统等重要环节。
according to the requirement of commercial vehicle KD packaging, design conveyor line of commercial vehicle KD packaging, the KD packing conveyor line realizes the main function of transporting Packing box. This paper introduces the conveyor line, including the basic principle, process calculation of rhythm, equipment and technology requirements, wrong or missing packaging inspection and control system etc.
