摘要
本文首先针对现钢铁生产过程中板坯跟踪信息系统存在五个方面的问题进行分析,再在功能设计、硬件结构设计、软件结构设计三个方面实现了板坯配送字符信息识别系统,同时将该系统中的五大软件模块进行了详细地分析;该系统的使用将能大大提高板坯编号的识别率,对现钢铁行业技术改进有一定的现实意义。
Based on five problems existing in slab tracking information system in the production process of iron and steel,this paper achieves the slab distribution character information identification system from the function design, hardware design,software structure design,simultaneously five software modules in the system have been analyzed in detail. The use of this system will greatly improve the slab number recognition rate,improve the iron and steel industry technology as well .
