摘要 简述推挽式、H桥等驱动电路的拓扑结构,分析了基于DSP的驱动控制电路结构形式,总结了超声电机的控制特点,给出了多种适用的超声电机闭环控制策略,有益于超声电机相关科学技术与产业的更快发展。 A suitable driving circuit is very important for the operation of traveling-wave ultrasonic motor(USM),whether the design of the driving and control circuit is reasonable or not will be closely correlated with the performance of the motor system.On the other hand,the appropriate closed loop control of USM is a necessary condition for avoiding weaknesses and giving full play of the ultrasonic motor.This paper describes some topological structures of the driving circuit which includes push-pull,H-bridge and so on, analyzes the structure of DSP-based driving and control circuit.Then,the control characteristics of ultrasonic motor are summarized,a variety of suitable strategies for the control of ultrasonic motor are also presented in this paper.
