三聚氰胺致肾损伤机制研究进展

Mechanism of Kidney Injury Induced by Melamine

摘要 对三聚氰胺理化性质、肾脏毒性表征进行了描述,并总结了关于三聚氰胺致肾损伤机制的不同研究进展,其中一种观点认为肾损伤是三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸及三聚氰胺-三聚氰酸结晶体共同作用的结果;而另一种观点认为肾损伤与动物肠道细菌,特别是克雷伯菌属细菌的代谢密切相关。 The physicochemical properties and renal toxicity characterization of melamine were described, also the different mechanisms of renal injury were summarized. One view point considered the renal injury was induced by the joint action of melamine, cyanuric acid and melamine-cyanuric acid crystals; while the other view point concluded the renal injury associated with intestinal bacteria, especially Klebsiella metabolism.
