摘要
除了释迦佛之外，还有一些具有教主意义的佛。但是，这些佛有的只能在特定的组合中才可加以分辨，有的则用特定的标志加以区别。标志大致可以解释为众圣持执的法器．比如有些特定的法器持于手中或者置于肩花中，亦有些置于佛前莲台正中，与手印类似，用以表示他们的心咒和本愿。如果没有特殊的手印和标志，一些造像还会在佛座后镌刻藏文名颂，如不注意解读自然很容身认错。
A layman could hardly tell the names and the religious meanings of sculptures of Tibetan Buddhism.The article uses simple language to describe the religious ideas and human spirit of the Buddhist sculptures.
