摘要
对治疗帕金森症的药物——普拉克索的合成做简要介绍,包括全合成与半合成路线,并分析了其优缺点.
Synthesis of the pramipexole which is an effective anti-Parkinson drug is introduced.It includes total syntheis and semi- synthesis.And their merit and demerit are analysed.
