摘要
采用固相反应法制备不同掺杂浓度的过渡金属(Co/Mn/Ni)掺杂ZnO粉体。利用X射线衍射仪对粉体的结构进行表征,采用矢量网络分析仪测量样品在8.2~18 GHz频率范围内的电磁参数。根据测得的电磁参数分别研究单层和双层吸波体的吸波性能。结果表明,双层吸波体有相对好的微波吸收特性,反射率R<–8 dB的频宽为5.21 GHz,最强吸收峰为–25.59 dB,吸收峰位于13.63 GHz。
The transition metal(TM=Co,Mn or Ni)-doped ZnO powders were fabricated with different doping concentrations by the conventional solid state method.The crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The electromagnetic parameters were measured using vector network analyzer(VNA) in the frequency range of 8.2~18 GHz.Based on the database,the monolayer and double-layer absorbers were designed,and their microwave absorbing properties were examined.It is found that the double-layer absorber has better microwave absorbing ability than the monolayer absorber.The –8dB absorbing bandwidth is 5.21 GHz over the frequency range of 8.2~18 GHz with the maximum reflection loss –25.59 dB at 13.63 GHz.
