摘要
30CrMnSiNi2A作为一种低合金超高强度钢在航空承力结构件上具有重要应用,为了进一步提高其抗磨损性能,采用超音速火焰喷涂在其表面制备出WC10Co4Cr涂层,分别采用定量金相法、对偶拉伸法测量了涂层的孔隙率和结合强度,并评估了涂层抗磨损性能。结果表明,此涂层孔隙率可以控制在1%以下,涂层结合强度大于70 MPa;涂层抗磨损性能优异,经55 min点盘摩擦,无明显失重;富油微动磨损试验条件下,磨损抗力为30CrMnSiNi2A基体的40倍。
As one of high strength steel,30CrMnSiNi2A is important to the applications for the aeronautic main-support structures.To improve its anti-fretting performance,the WC10Co4Cr coatings were prepared by high velocity oxygen-fuel spray on it.The porosity,bonding strength and anti-fretting performance were tested.The result indicates that the porosity is less than 1%; the bonding strength is more than 70 MPa.And the coating' anti-fretting performance is about 40 times more than the substrate's.
