膝关节半月板损伤的MR检查技术分析

摘要 目的:探讨MR检查应用于膝关节半月板损伤临床治疗中的效果。方法:对我院2009年8月-2012年7月间收治的97例盘状半月板损伤患者采取MR与关节镜检查后的手术资料进行了回顾性对比分析,进一步评估MR检查对临床诊断及手术方案提供参考依据的准确性。结果:MR诊断盘状半月板符合率为100%;MR图像对半月板损伤诊断的特异度为94.74%(18/19),对Ⅰ~Ⅱ级半月板损伤诊断的符合率为95.45%(42/44);对Ⅲ级半月板损伤诊断的符合率为97.72%(43/44)。结论:出现膝关节及软组织损伤的患者在临床治疗、诊断时应接受MR检查,以防有隐性骨折或者韧带损伤现象,耽误最佳治疗时机。
