摘要
目的:总结对横纹肌溶解症(RM)患者的护理方法。方法:对我院收治的1例横纹肌溶解症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合相关的文献报道总结横纹肌溶解症患者的护理方法。结果:该例患者经过积极的治疗后痊愈出院。结论:密切观察患者的病情、尽早明确发病的原因和及时进行诊疗是救治横纹肌溶解症患者的关键。
Objective Summarize the nursing care of 1 case of rhabdomyolysis caused multiple organ failure. Methods Analysis of clinical data and treatment programs for the RM patient and combined with relevant literature to generalize. Results The patient cured after active treatment. Conclusion Early close observation, clear aware of disease etiology, timely diagnosis and treatment is the key to treatment of rhabdomyolysis.
