摘要
目的:通过对我院普外科抗菌药物的使用情况进行调查,为我院抗菌药物的合理应用与管理提供依据。方法:抽取我院普外科2012年1-7月份出院病历共177份,对其中使用抗菌素治疗的病历进行统计分析。并通过对1-7月普外科抗菌药物的使用金额和使用频度进行排名、统计。结果:我院普外科预防性应用主要为二、三代头孢。DDDS排名第一的为头孢曲松钠。销售金额排名第一的为头孢孟多。在二甲医院申报的过程中,我院抗菌药物合理应用水平有了一定的提高。结论:加强普外科医生对抗菌药物知识的学习可以进一步提高抗菌药物合理应用的水平。
through the use of antibacterial agents in general surgery in our investigation, antimicrobial agents for our clinical rational application and provide basis for management. Methods: extraction from general surgery in 2012 from January to July, the hospital medical records of 177, the use of antibiotic treatment of medical record statistical analysis. And through the 1 - July general surgery antibacterial drug use amount and usage frequency rankings. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: our general surgery preventive application mainly for the second and third generation cephalosporin. Top of the DDDS for ceftriaxone. The amount of sales ranked first for cefamandole. In dimethyl hospital declaration process, our rational antimicrobial application level has been improved to some extent. Conclusion: general surgery doctor strengthen antimicrobial knowledge study, further strengthen antibacterial drugs in clinical reasonable application.
