摘要
目的:探讨恶性食道狭窄内镜下行球囊扩张术患者的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析安徽医科大学第二附属医院消化内科收治的24例因食道狭窄行球囊扩张术患者住院期间的各项护理措施、手术过程以及预后情况。结果:24例患者术前均予心理护理、改善饮食以及完善术前相关检查,术中密切配合手术者操作,术后严格观察患者病情变化及并发症,出院后予相应的健康教育,并随访患者病情变化。本组患者中,显效20例(83.3%),有效4例(16.7%),治疗成功率为100%。术后(2~3)天,患者均可进半流质软食。结论:内镜下食道球囊扩张术结合各项护理措施,可有效缓解食道肿瘤患者的吞咽困难现象,提高患者的生活质量。
Object:To discuss the nursing for malignant esophageal stricture patients after balloon dilation.Methods :24 patients with esophageal stricture who were conducted by balloon dilation in our hospital were taken as experimental group. To make a retrospective study on nursing and operation process and outcome of these patients. Results :24 patients have been given psychological nursing, diet guidance and health examination before operation. After discharged from hospital, they would be offered follow up and health education. The operator was provided with close cooperation. All of these patients were treated successfully, 20 of them(83.3%) were with obvious outcomes. 2-3 days after operation, the patients could have Semi- liquid.Conclusions :All kinds of nursing could be very effective to relieve esophageal stricture patients and improve their life.
