摘要
目的统计分析我院炎琥宁注射液临床应用中出现不良反应情况。方法选取笔者医院临床应用炎琥宁注射液出现的41例不良反应病例进行分类分析。结果通过对不良反应病例进行分析,其中出现不良反应时间中大部分集中在10min之内,不良反应受累器官中皮肤系统占到41%。结论通过炎琥宁注射液的不良反应进行系统分析,要求临床用药时需严格掌握适应症而合理用药。
Objective Statistical analysis of our hospital in recent years Potassium Sodium Dehydro and roandrographolide Succinate Injection clinical application in adverse circumstances. Methods 41 cases of adverse reaction cases in hospital in recent three years Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection in clinical application of classification analysis. Results The adverse reaction were analyzed, including adverse reaction time in the most concentrated in the 10min system, the skin adverse reaction of organ involvement accounted for 41%.Conclusion By systematic analyzing the adverse reaction Potassium Sodium Dehydro and roandrographolide Succinate Injection, requirements of clinical medication should be strictly master the indications and rational drug use.
