摘要
澳大利亚对亚洲的经济依赖程度不断上升,这是澳大利亚"脱欧入亚"的经济基础,也是澳大利亚整个对外经济政策转型的主要原因。澳大利亚的亚太经济合作战略是尽可能多地参加各种区域合作机制,为澳大利亚经济发展谋取最大的利益。然而,在澳大利亚的亚太合作战略中,基于经济利益与地缘政治层面的政策充满矛盾,并在短期内很难改变。只有不断充实完善中澳战略伙伴关系所建议的各项内容,真正建立起战略互信,中澳两国才能在亚太区域合作中发挥更加积极的作用。
Australia's growing economic dependence on Asia forms the economic basis for it to 'leave Europe for Asia' and is also the main reason for the transformation of its foreign economic policy. Regarding the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation, Australia’s strategy is to participate in a variety of regional cooperation mechanisms as much as possible and thus gain the greatest possible benefits for its economic development. However, for the purpose of this strategy, Australian policies have many problems in terms of economic interests and geopolitics and are difficult to change in the short term. In order to make China and Australia both play an even more positive role in Asia-Pacific economic cooperation, the only solution is to constantly enrich and improve the proposals the Sino-Australian strategic partnership has suggested and truly establish strategic mutual trust.
