新型陶瓷膜过滤去除水中浊度颗粒工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了新型陶瓷膜在不同孔径和压力下对浊度颗粒的去除效果。采用了平均孔径分别为200nm和50nm两种规格陶瓷膜,0.1MPa、0.2MPa和0.3MPa三种操作压力,对比了浊度和颗粒数两种水质参数的变化规律。试验结果表明,原水浊度在10~1 000NTU时,过滤出水浊度均在0.12NTU以下,出水浊度颗粒主要集中在小于4μm,但是原水浊度能够显著影响陶瓷膜的过滤通量。陶瓷膜过滤操作压力虽然对出水浊度影响不显著,但是能明显影响出水颗粒的数目和尺寸分布。在低浊度情况下,颗粒数能够更加准确反映水质变化。 Experimental study was conducted for removal of particles from water with ceramic membrane filtration.Two kinds of membranes were used: the pore size is 200nm and the pore size is 50nm.The experiments were finished under three operation pressure: 0.1MPa,0.2MPa and 0.3MPa.Filtration performance was assessed with two parameters as turbidity and particle counts.The result showed that the turbidity of the raw water rang 10NTU to 1000NTU,the turbidities of the effluents were all below 0.12NTU.Most of the particle sizes in the effluents were below 4μm.The turbidity of the raw water affected the flux seriously.The operation pressure and the pore size of the membrane didn't affect the turbidity of the effluents,but affected the particle counts and the particle sizes of the effluents.When the turbidity of the water is very low,particle counts can show the changes of the particles in the water more exactly thanturbidity.
