摘要
本文介绍了有效教学的基本含义和构成有效教学的四个主要内容(QAIT):教学质量(quality)、教学的适宜水平(appropriateness)、激励(incentive)、时间(time)。论述了有效教学在单训课中运用的方法,以及实现有效教学应该注意的几个问题。
This paper figures out the basic meaning and four main contents of effective teaching which are teaching quality,teaching appropriateness,incentive,time.It also discourses methods used in individual training classes and some problems with how to have an effective teaching.
