摘要
本文从接地电阻的概念入手 ,介绍了在直流或工频条件下接地电阻的计算 ,得出降低接地电阻的基本方法。
The author focuses on calculating of ground resistance under DC. or common frequency on the base of the conception of the ground resistance, then gains the basic way of lowering ground resistance.
