摘要
当前下岗失业问题已经成为了社会稳定和经济发展的极大隐患。长沙市失业问题也比较严重。大量的职工和从业人员在企业改革和调整过程中失去了工作机会。本文通过对长沙市失业情况的调查 ,借鉴有关经济学原理 ,分析了长沙市失业的特征以及危害性 。
The present laid-off problem has already become one of the great hidden dangers of social stability and economic development. The problem of unemployment in Changsha is serious too. A large number of workers and employees lost their working opportunities during the course of reform and adjustment of enterprises. This text draws lessons from relevant economics principles through the survey of unemployment situation of Changsha,and analyses characteristics and harmfulness of the unemployment in Changsha,and further puts forward the solutions.
