摘要
教育诊断评估是特殊儿童接受教育的起点,也是特殊儿童获得适当教育的保证。评估过程的公平性和准确性直接影响特殊儿童享有适宜教育的权利。本文探究和分析了当前影响我国特殊儿童教育诊断评估公平性、准确性的外在和内在因素,并相应提出了一些改善对策。
Educational diagnosis and assessment is the initiation of education for children with special needs and the assurance of the appropriate education for children with special needs. The fairness and accuracy decide whether the children with special needs can enjoy the right of appropriate education .This paper probes into and analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the accuracy and fairness of education diagnosis and assessment in present China, and provides some countermeasures.
