摘要
现代企业的职业经理人是具有战略价值的人力资源。应从招聘职业经理人战略、职业经理人同出资人委托-代理关系的战略管理、职业经理人同其他利益相关群体的博弈管理三个维度构建职业经理人战略性管理模型,所以职业经理人成为提升企业核心竞争力的决定性因素。
Professional manager is human resources with strategic value for modern enterprises. Strategic management model of professional manager is established by three dimensions: strategy of recruiting professional manager, strategic management of trust - agent relationship between enterprise owner and professional manager and GAME management between the related interest groups and professional manager. Professional manager thus becomes the decisive factor to enhance and maintain the competency of modern enterprise.
