The primary premise of implementation of the scientific concept of development is respecting and grasping the objective laws,which means respecting and grasping the law of the market economy,the law of coordinated development of ecomomy and society,the ruling law of Communist Party of China,the law of harmonious development of man and nature and the law of scientific thinking of human.Only respecting and grasping the objective laws,can we implement the scientific concept of development consciously and thoroughly and complete the strategic task smoothly.
