摘要
在我国高等教育进入大众化阶段的背景下,学风建设问题已越来越凸显,高等教育不仅要有量的扩大,更需要有质的提高,加强学风建设关系到高校能否实现可持续性发展。学风建设必须由教师和学生共同参与,必须由教学管理者和学生工作干部齐抓共管。以育人为根本,以学风建设为重点,是新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要内容。
China's higher education has entered a new stage. And the problem of academic discipline construction is becoming the focus of attention. Higher education involves quantity expansion as well as quality improvement. Construction of academic discipline is associated with the sustainable development of universities and colleges. It requires joint involvement of teachers and students as well as the administrators responsible for the students' affairs. Cultivating qualified professionals and constructing academic discipline become the main tasks of the ideological work of the universities and colleges.
