From the birth, development and flourishing of the library league, we have noticed that the ideas of cooperation, coordination and resource shared not only stand for the direction of libraries development but also the feasible organization type of sharing local area resource. Library league fulfills shared resources by cooperative document resource construction, cooperative process, cooperative storage and cooperative dissemination.
