摘要
在生产者责任延伸制的约束下,企业可以采用专用或共用回收体系来体现其延伸责任。在构建了两种不同回收体系结构模型的基础上,基于核心竞争力理论、交易费用理论和成本比较理论对不同回收体系的选择决策进行了分析,并建立了基于这三种理论的综合决策模型,为企业选择合适的逆向物流回收体系提供了决策支持。
With the apposed system of Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR),enterprises can adopt self-supporting reclaim system or public reclaim system incarnating its extended responsibility.After setting up the two different structure models of reclaim systems,the paper analyzes the choice decision-making of the two different reclaim systems based on the three different theories:the theory of enterprise's core competition,the theory of bargaining costs and the theory of cost comparison.And then an integrated choice decision-making model is established,which has a great help to choose an appropriate reclaim system for enterprises.
